Delete your account
Your account for the HR and payroll app was created by your employer. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
In the mobile app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Me → Security → Delete my account.
- Add a reason if you like, and send the request. You can withdraw it while it is waiting.
Without the app
Ask your employer's HR team to delete your account, or write to BlazonShots Ltd at info@blazonshotsltd.com from the email address you sign in with.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your sign-in, your profile, the phones registered to your account, and your notifications.
- Kept by your employer: your employee record, payslips, and tax, pension and other statutory records, for as long as Nigerian law requires. Clock-in photos are still deleted on their normal schedule.
Your employer usually handles requests within a few working days and you will receive an email when it is done. If you still work there, they may need to keep your sign-in so you can receive payslips; they will tell you if so.
